After a graduate degree, I began my career as a clinical dietitian and sports nutritionist for a D1 university athletic department and family medicine department. I later opened a private practice, adding more team members along the way. I'm used to working on a personal level but also on a professional level in the business and corporate worlds. Along the way we managed and enjoyed 3 crazy boys! Our home had to be organized for everyone and everything to function!
You can see I’m comfortable juggling several balls in the air! This takes organization, but to do it for others requires experience with people and the ability to really hear and understand their needs. My team and I bring all these skills together to best serve you. My extensive background in business makes me uniquely qualified as a personal assistant, but also skilled at running a team.
